Duncan and Todd Corporate Eyecare (SEE) is appointed by Equans as their approved eyecare supplier, providing you with a free eye test at one of our local Network Opticians and free DSE-specific spectacles, if required.

Please complete the form below and SEE will send you over an eyecare voucher.

• Print the voucher and contact your chosen Optician to book an appointment.
• The voucher itself will contain all necessary information and procedures related to your appointment.
• Present the eyecare voucher to your Optician on arrival.
